Geun-hwa, a girl who dreams of becoming a singer, receives an offer from a man posing as a music producer.
After her mother learns the truth, she sends Geun-hwa to a secret school where children grow Mugunghwa.
There, singing and planting flowers with the students, Geun-hwa comes face to face with her country's reality.
On her journey to spread Mugunghwa, the spirit of her people begins to bloom within her.
